Ms. Yao was born and raised in China. She received her B. A. in Computer Science from University of Science and Technology of China. Ms. Yao also possesses Master and PhD degrees in Biostatistics from University of Toronto. Before joining RedApple, Ms. Yao worked as a Chinese teacher in local Chinese schools. Now she lives in Chapel Hill with her husband.

Ms. Chen is a native Chinese speaker. She received her B.A. in English Literature and Education from China. She possess a North Carolina teaching license. Besides working in RedApple, Ms. Chen is also working as an assistant teacher in CHCCS elementary school. She lives in Chapel Hill with her husband and daughter.

A native Mandarin Chinese speaker, Ms. Zhang was born and grown up in China. She earned her Bachelor and Master degrees in Environmental Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology. Ms. Zhang is passionate in connecting her knowledge with teaching practice in RedApple. She lives in Carrboro with her husband and son.

She earned her B.A. in Engineering from Hefei University of Technology and Master degree in Engineering from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Ms.Duan lives in Chapel Hill with her husband and son & daughter.
Ms. Zheng Chen

Ms. Chen was born and raised in China. She earned her Early Childhood Education Credential Certificate from Durham Technical Community College. Ms. Chen brings over twenty years of experience teaching Chinese and has worked with students ranging from toddlers to high school.
Ms. Limei (May) Zhu

May was born and raised in the southwest China. She received her Master degree in Early Childhood Education from Beijing Normal University and a BS of Education from the Southwest China Normal University. She also studied in the graduate program of Child Development and Family Studies at University of North Carolina at Greensboro and finished her Master degree courses. In 2013 she obtained her Early Childhood Administration and Management Certificate at Durham Technical Community College. May has extensive training and working experience in Education. She lives in Chapel Hill with her husband and son.
